I led the visual design across various digital touchpoints for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. This included online banking interfaces, targeted email marketing campaigns, ATM screen assets, transaction receipts, and digital out-of-home (OOH) banners. Working within established brand guidelines, I enhanced the design language by reimagining the Call To Action (CTA) specifically for Merrill Lynch's high-net-worth clientele to boost engagement. Additionally, I developed a cohesive suite of banner ads and ATM assets that improved the user experience and strengthened the brands' digital presence.
