Goal:
The goal of this project was to lead the visual Art Direction and UX strategy for the launch of the Dunkin’ Rewards app across iOS and Android. We set out to design a seamless, intuitive digital experience that reduced friction, drove sign-ups, and encouraged repeat engagement—while staying true to Dunkin’s bold, playful brand personality.
